How is KenCube used?
On the desktop, the digital platform for companies is used in the browser or as a Progressive Web App (PWA). On mobile devices, it runs in the KenCube employee app. All access points share the same content, permissions and accounts. News, knowledge, documents and self-services reach the entire workforce, including employees without a fixed PC workstation or a company e‑mail address. The activated modules are available through every access point.
The suite that grows with your needs
Communication, knowledge, tasks, requests, obligations and learning in one place. You start with the core modules Communication & Knowledge Hub, Share Office Documents and Organization Map. Further functions can be added flexibly as add-on modules as soon as they are needed. Every add-on module is integrated right away, with the same users, permissions and data.
The AI Companion is available as an optional module across all areas. It can be enabled for individual people or deactivated completely. The KenCube Suite can also be used without AI functions.
