Machine Ad-hoc Translations
Users can translate content independently with a mouse click whenever needed
Editorially providing content in multiple languages is time-consuming. With its DeepL integration, KenCube offers a time-saving alternative: starting from the monolingual content of the intranet, users can independently have articles translated into their preferred language with a single mouse click.
- Spontaneous translation option
- Extensive language selection
- No editorial effort

DeepL Translator Interface
Data protection-compliant integration via API key
Using ad-hoc translation requires a separate contract with the German provider DeepL. The API key must be entered independently in the administration area. According to DeepL, the company's AI language technology meets the strictest data protection and compliance requirements and is therefore also ideally suited for sensitive corporate data.
- Direct contract and billing
- GDPR-compliant data processing
- Over 30 languages to choose from

Editorial Multilingualism
True multilingualism for maximum reach and better identification
Unlike ad-hoc machine translation, KenCube also enables the editorial provision of content in multiple language versions. The integrated DeepL connection allows editors to translate text passages quickly and easily at the touch of a button. The content can be carefully reviewed before being published. Should a language version be missing or not yet completed, the fallback to the main language takes effect automatically.
- Editorially reviewed translations
- DeepL translation assistant
- Fallback function prevents empty spaces
