The use of ad-hoc translation requires a separate contract with the German provider DeepL. The API key must be entered independently in the administration area. According to DeepL, its AI language technology meets the strictest data protection and compliance requirements and is therefore also ideally suited for sensitive corporate data.

AI Integration

Secure and flexible use of AI services in KenCube

Using the AI tools in KenCube requires a direct contract with the provider. The respective API key must be entered independently in the administration area. According to the relevant provider information, the appropriate package should enable data processing in compliance with EU law. Interfaces to additional AI providers are already being implemented.

User Synchronisation & Single Sign-on

Centralised authentication via existing Identity Provider (IdP)

KenCube enables integration with common IdPs such as Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) or Google Workspace. This allows both automatic synchronisation of user accounts and Single Sign-on (SSO) to be set up – depending on the existing system landscape.

Calendar Synchronisation

Transfer and synchronisation with external calendars possible

Appointments can be transferred to your own calendar at the touch of a button in ICS format. If the system requirements are met, automated synchronisation with external company calendars such as MS Outlook or Google Workspace is also available on request. Synchronisation can be performed either one-way or bidirectionally.
