When requests are submitted, the processing team responsible for the respective product category is automatically notified. Processing takes place in clearly defined steps – from „In Progress“ through „Ready for Pickup“ to „Completed“. Employee-specific billing lists can be generated for internal accounting.

Additional ordering and display options in the Enterprise Edition

In the Enterprise Edition, budgets or quotas can be set specifically for certain user groups. Private purchases are also optionally possible. Prices can be flexibly displayed as gross, net, or with strike-through prices. In addition, stock levels and different pickup stations can be defined per item.
