Group Management
Structure user groups precisely and use them in versatile ways
Sys admins can centrally create and manage user groups. In addition to static groups with subgroups, dynamic group formation based on the organizational structure is also possible. Furthermore, it can be controlled where these should be available - for example, for read receipts, breaking news, or group chats.

Login Management
Secure sign-in via KenCube authentication
For new users, a first login with a one-time password can be created, including the optional dispatch of an invitation by email. After multiple failed attempts, a login lock is automatically activated. Optionally, two-factor authentication via email or authenticator app is available.
