In KenCube, any number of company calendars can be provided for seminars, events, pickups, employee meetings and more. The calendars can be color-coded and displayed individually or in combination. Calendar entries can be designed with formattable text, images and attachments.

Event Registrations

Simple and flexible management of registrations

For events, a registration system can be activated with an optional participant limit and predefined response options (Accept, Decline, Maybe). Alternatively, appointment slots can be offered where only one registration per slot is possible. All registrations are managed clearly in the administration area.

Calendar Synchronization

Transfer and synchronization with external calendars possible

Appointments can be transferred to your own calendar in ICS format at the push of a button. Provided the appropriate system requirements are met, automated synchronization with external corporate calendars such as MS Outlook or Google Workspace is also available on request. Synchronization can be carried out either one-way or bidirectionally.
