Posts, documents, people, folders and more can be assigned appropriate tags. Multiple assignment allows an element to be associated with different subject areas. Clicking on a tag opens the Powersearch and displays all elements that are also marked with this label.

Tags can be colour-coded and organised into tag groups to enhance clarity. In addition, you can control which tag groups are available in which areas – enabling targeted and structured labelling of content.
