KenCube is hosted in certified data centres in Europe, with daily data backups, geo-redundant storage and strict tenant separation.

A multi-layered security concept protects the application and network, complemented by IP-based access controls, optional 2-factor authentication and biometric login procedures for use of the employee app.

Secure Data Processing

Reliable storage in certified European data centres

KenCube is operated in compliance with data protection regulations in ISO 27001-certified data centres in Europe. Each application runs as its own instance (single-tenant architecture). A GDPR-compliant data processing agreement based on the template of the BfDI is provided.

Network Security & Access Control

Proactive protection mechanisms for servers and network

A multi-layered security concept protects the system: firewalls, regular virus scans and system health monitoring are integrated, as is an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) that automatically blocks suspicious access to the application. Access can additionally be restricted to specific IP address ranges.

Additional security during use

Secure access – even on the go and on mobile devices

The KenCube app offers modern security features such as biometric control via Face ID or Touch ID. The login can optionally be secured with a second factor. For particularly sensitive environments, an application-specific certificate protection can additionally be added.
