Reactions are an important tool for expressing appreciation for interesting posts or comments. By default, only positive reactions are available. For each post, you can individually decide whether reactions ("likes") are allowed or not.

Comments make it possible to respond to posts and actively provide feedback. They promote bottom-up communication and give everyone a voice. Discussions can be targeted to specific topics in order to gather opinions and ideas. For each post, you can decide whether comments are allowed.

Keep a targeted eye on new and changed content

The Watch tool makes it possible to follow individual posts or entire intranet areas. Users are automatically notified when new content is added or changes are made. Area managers can also set mandatory watches for specific groups.
