Editorial Multilingualism
Genuine multilingualism for maximum reach and better identification
In contrast to machine-based ad-hoc translation, KenCube also enables the editorial provision of content in multiple language versions. The integrated DeepL connection allows editors to translate text sections quickly and easily at the push of a button. The content can be reviewed at leisure before being published. Should a language version be missing or incomplete, the main language fallback automatically takes effect.

Info Screens
Display interesting information on external screens as well
Information can be shown in 16:9 format in a continuous loop on external screens – ideal for reaching everyone in the company. The info posts can include texts, images or videos and can be assigned an appropriate display duration. Up to five different info channels can be played simultaneously.

Receive Personal Documents
Securely deliver confidential documents directly to the e-mailbox
KenCube enables the secure delivery of individual documents to specific users. Access can be additionally protected by a personal PIN code. Documents can either be uploaded directly in the administration area or optionally imported into the intranet automatically.

With the integrated Draw.io functionality, interactive floor plans can be created and people can be assigned to their respective rooms.
