FIND KNOWLEDGE | PEOPLE & ORG CHART

In KenCube, people cards, the org chart and floor plans show who is responsible for what in the company and where each person sits. The data comes from a single source, so the directory, org chart and phone list stay equally up to date.

People cards

  • Photo, role, department, contact details and skills for each person
  • Contact someone directly from the card via chat, phone, email or Microsoft Teams
  • Maintain your own details yourself, where permitted
  • Import data from Active Directory or Entra ID
  • Digital business card via QR‑code or vCard
  • Phone directory built from the same cards, always up to date

In practice: A new colleague in purchasing needs information from accounting. The people card shows her who is responsible, and she writes to them directly in the chat. At a trade fair, the head of sales shares his card via QR‑code.

Organizational structure and org chart

  • Companies, divisions, departments and teams with managers and members
  • Interactive org chart with a configurable view
  • Assign people to several units
  • Descriptions for organizational units
  • Create groups from organizational units, with permissions for all members

In practice: A company sets up a new customer service team. Anyone assigned to this team in the org chart automatically becomes a member of the matching group and sees the team's workspace right away.

Tags for roles and skills

  • Tags such as first aider, fire safety or language skills
  • One click on a tag shows everyone who has it
  • Find people specifically with Power Search

In practice: A visitor who only speaks Polish is waiting at reception. One click on the "Polish" tag shows who in the building can translate.

Locations and floor plans

  • Sites, buildings and floors as a clickable plan
  • People, description and a more detailed plan for each room
  • Drawing in the built-in diagram editor
  • Jump straight from the people card to the workstation
  • Plans visible only to specific groups
  • Zoom and pan with your finger on smartphone and tablet

In practice: On his first day, a new employee is looking for his team lead. From her people card, he jumps in the floor plan straight to her desk on the third floor. A click on the meeting room next door shows its equipment.
