REACH EVERYONE | MULTILINGUAL CONTENT

Multilingual content makes KenCube easy to understand for workforces with many native languages. Posts are maintained by editors in several languages or translated by readers with one click using DeepL.

Interface and content languages

  • Interface in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Hungarian and Luxembourgish
  • Further interface languages on request
  • Content languages freely configurable
  • Approve each language version of a post separately
  • If a translation is missing, the main language or the next language in a fixed order is shown

In practice: A company in South Tyrol maintains its content in German and Italian. Safety instructions are always available in both languages. If the Italian version of a short announcement is missing, everyone sees the German one.

Translation by the editorial team

  • Translate a post with DeepL in one click while editing
  • Review and refine the translation before approval
  • Exception list for proper names, product names and brand names
  • Glossaries with fixed translations per language pair
  • Translate course content in the course editor with one click

In practice: HR writes the new vacation policy in German and has it translated into English and Polish with one click. A colleague whose native language is Polish proofreads the text before approval. Thanks to the exception list, the company name stays untranslated.

Translation by readers

  • Translate posts into your own language with one click
  • Optional automatic display in the person's language
  • Selected language is kept permanently
  • Target languages defined centrally
  • Allow or block translation per post
  • Connection via your own DeepL account, Free or Pro

In practice: Colleagues from many countries work in the warehouse, and the news is published in German. Anyone who prefers to read in Romanian or Ukrainian translates the post in the app with one click. This creates no extra work for the editorial team.

Required modules

Translating course content is part of the add-on module Onboarding & E‑Learning. All add-on modules can be added at any time and rolled out step by step.
