GET REQUESTS DONE | EBOX

The eBox is the personal mailbox in KenCube for documents that concern only one person, such as payslips or certificates. Delivery works without paper and without email, and documents are retrieved in the browser or in the KenCube‑App.

Delivery

• Personal PDF documents sent to specific individuals
• Automatic assignment via the employee number in the file name
• Distribute many documents in a single run
• Document types such as payslip, time tracking report, annual statement or certificate
• Manual assignment when a file name does not match
• Automatic import, for example via the KenCube Transfer Server

In practice: At the end of the month, payroll uploads the payslips of all employees in one step. KenCube assigns each file via the employee number. The payroll clerk assigns two files with a typo in the name by hand.

Confidentiality

• Only the authorized recipient sees the document, not even administrators
• Download protected by a personal PIN if required
• Confirmation prompt before distribution, showing recipient and document type
• The person decides whether to delete a document

In practice: An employee opens his payslip on his private phone. Before the download, the app asks for his personal PIN. Administrators cannot view the payslip.

In everyday use

• Notification with the document type, for example for a new payslip
• Red counter for documents not yet downloaded
• Dashboard widget with your own documents
• Additional delivery by email if desired
• In the browser and in the app

In practice: A cleaner without a company email address used to receive her annual statement by post. Now she gets a notification in the app, and the document waits in the eBox until she downloads it.

Required modules

The eBox is part of the add-on module Self-Service with Ticket System. All add-on modules can be added at any time and rolled out step by step.

The KenCube Transfer Server can be added as an add-on to the core modules.
