Login and interfaces connect KenCube to your existing IT: single sign-on, user data from the directory service, documents, calendars and AI services. Administrators can set up much of this themselves, and further integrations are available on request.

Login and user data

• Single sign-on via Entra ID, Google Workspace, Active Directory, ADFS or LDAP
• Login on the company network without re-entering a password via Kerberos
• Automatic sync of users and groups from Entra ID, Google Workspace, Active Directory or LDAP
• Import via CSV file, for example from third-party systems

In practice: A company using Microsoft 365 connects KenCube to Entra ID. Employees log in with their usual company account. New colleagues are created in KenCube automatically after the next sync.

Documents and calendars

• SharePoint sync for existing document libraries
• Automatic transfer of files from other systems
• Add events to Outlook, Apple or Google Calendar via ICS file
• Sync with Microsoft calendars, on request

In practice: Every night, a manufacturing plant automatically transfers the new shift schedules from its planning system into a workspace. In the morning, each shift sees its schedule in the app without anyone having to upload anything.

AI and content

• AI provider of your choice: Mistral, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Perplexity or your own server
• External AI assistants via MCP, see AI Assistants & MCP
• DeepL for translations, with your own contract
• Royalty-free images from Pixabay directly in the editor
• AI image generation in the editor

In practice: A company chooses Mistral as a European provider for the AI Chat and adds its own API‑Key for it. The editorial team translates posts with DeepL and finds suitable images via Pixabay directly in the editor.

APIs and custom integrations

• REST API for your own applications and integrations
• API‑Keys and access tokens with defined access scopes
• Widgets with customer-specific data sources, on request
• Automatic transfer of files and user data via the KenCube Transfer Server

In practice: Every morning, the ERP system delivers up-to-date key figures via the REST API into a table in KenCube. The management dashboard displays them as a chart.

Required modules

The AI Chat and access by external AI assistants via MCP are part of the add-on module AI Companion. All add-on modules can be added at any time and rolled out step by step.

The KenCube Transfer Server can be added as an add-on to the core modules.
