Events and appointments are listed in the KenCube company calendar, optionally with registration, a waiting list or bookable time slots. Accepting takes one click, in the browser and in the KenCube app.

Calendars and events

• Any number of color-coded calendars, shown individually or combined
• Read and write permissions per calendar
• Single-day, multi-day, all-day and recurring events
• Description, images, PDFs and attachments on the event
• Tags, Breaking News and read receipt just like posts
• Reminder with a selectable lead time, from 15 minutes to one week

In practice: HR development maintains a calendar for training sessions, and management one for staff meetings. In the company calendar, both are shown in different colors. One day before each training session, all registered participants receive a reminder.

Registration and waiting list

• Accept, decline or tentatively accept
• Limited places, with a display of available places
• Waiting list with automatic move-up
• Bring guests, such as companions or applicants
• Deadline for registration and cancellation
• Registration form with custom fields, such as meal preference or parking

In practice: The first aid course has twelve places. Once they are taken, further registrations go to the waiting list. If someone cancels, the next person moves up automatically.

Bookable time slots

• Time slots from 5 to 60 minutes
• One booking per time slot
• Define breaks and blocked times
• Suitable for one-to-one meetings, the company doctor or shared equipment

In practice: On two mornings, the company doctor offers vaccination appointments in ten-minute time slots, with the lunch break blocked. Everyone books their own time slot, many directly in the app.

Administration and calendar sync

• Participant and waiting lists for organizers, with options to add and remove people
• Excel export with one column per form field
• Notice to registered participants when an event is moved, relocated or canceled
• Event as a calendar file for Outlook or Google Calendar
• Automatic sync with company calendars, on request
• Register and cancel by instruction in the AI Chat

In practice: For the Christmas party, the registration form asks for meal preferences and food intolerances. A week in advance, the kitchen receives the Excel export with each entry in its own column. A colleague in field service registers on the go with a single sentence in the AI Chat.
