MEET OBLIGATIONS | ONBOARDING & TRAINING

In KenCube, onboarding and training run through the Academy, with courses, learning paths and mandatory training in the browser and in the KenCube‑App. Assignment, reminders and proof of completion happen automatically.

Course creation

• Import existing PDF and PowerPoint materials as learning slides
• Add text, images, videos and quiz questions to slides
• Courses in several languages, translated with DeepL in one click
• Roles, permissions and approvals for each learning module
• New version when content changes, existing records are kept

In practice: Occupational safety has so far kept its safety briefing in PowerPoint. On import, every slide becomes a learning slide. The safety officer adds a few quiz questions at the end, and the course is ready.

Onboarding and learning paths

• Learning paths with a fixed order
• Prerequisites between courses
• Automatic assignment when someone joins a group or department
• Open courses in the to-do widget and in notifications
• Learning in the browser and in the app

In practice: A new employee is assigned to the logistics department and automatically receives the matching learning path: first the company introduction, then warehouse safety, then the forklift briefing. The next course only opens once the previous one has been passed.

Mandatory training and certification

• Mandatory courses via dynamic groups, with a deadline
• Reminder before the deadline
• Quiz with a minimum score, with configurable retakes
• Certificate with a verification link, optionally signed by the course instructor
• Recurring courses, such as the annual safety briefing
• Reporting with status, score and time spent

In practice: The company requires everyone to complete data protection training once a year. It becomes due again automatically, and KenCube sends a reminder before the deadline. For the audit, the reporting shows who has passed. Every certificate can be checked via its link.

Onboarding and training are part of the add-on module Onboarding & E‑Learning. All add-on modules can be added at any time and rolled out step by step.
